André Aflalo holds a BA in Finance from HEC Montréal and an MBA in Finance from the George Washington University, School of Business. He is fluent in French and conversant in Spanish.

André's career includes senior roles in the corporate and consulting arenas within the telecom industry with the likes of MCI Communications (Washington, D.C.), Cable & Wireless (London) and Telmex (Mexico City) before being engaged in the financial services industry in 2002.

Business Philosophy

André developed an early interest for personal investing while pursuing his MBA in finance in the mid to late 1980s. At a time that preceded the age of the Internet, André often began his Sunday mornings analyzing stocks and mutual funds from the pages of The Wall Street Journal and Barron's with paper and pencil.  His avid interest in personal investing coupled with his deep passion for helping people developed into a new career in 2002 when he joined the financial services industry in managing portfolios for individuals, families and non-profit organizations.

Personal Background

André grew up in Morocco and moved to the United States to attend graduate school. His father spent his career as a Press Attaché for the U.S. embassy in Rabat and planning to go study, and eventually settle,  in the United States was part of a long term plan for him and his sister who both ended up doing so in the early 1980s. André lives with his family in Wesport, CT. He has a passion for travelling and discovering new places to visit and exploring different cultures and cuisines. He is equally passionate about promoting financial literacy among young adults and demonstrating the potential benefits of an investment discipline at an early age.

Michael joined the financial services industry in 2010 after graduating from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. Throughout his career, he has held multiple roles that have given him extensive knowledge of wealth management, with a strong focus on exceptional client service.

Michael’s passion for personal finance began at an early age when his parents gave him his first U.S. Savings Bond. That simple gift sparked a lifelong appreciation for investing and taught him about the power of delayed gratification.

Today, Michael believes financial success is about more than just a number—it’s about aligning financial goals with core values to create a fulfilling life. By understanding his clients' priorities, Michael develops financial roadmaps that empower them to make confident decisions, alleviate financial stress, and focus on what truly matters.
 
His holistic approach to financial planning integrates cash flow planning, investment management, tax-efficiency, risk management and estate planning, to provide a comprehensive plan tailored to each client’s unique goals.

Originally from Brewster, NY, Michael resides in Wilton, CT, with his wife, Kelly, and their son, Cameron. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with family & friends, playing golf and grilling.

Sandra's role consists of leading client service and office operational needs. Sandra has spent her financial services career building strong client relationships, understanding, and addressing clients' needs quickly and efficiently. Sandra started her career at Pershing in 2000, where she held various positions in both client service and middle office operational roles.

Originally born and raised in New Jersey, Sandra now calls the Flathead Valley of Montana home. In her free time, Sandra enjoys exploring the scenic beauty of Montana with her husband as well as her family who love visiting. In the summer, you will find her at the local independent baseball league stadium supporting the team.
